About Me

My background is in education and health care information technology. After many years working in high-stress environments and sitting in front of a computer for hours at a time, I needed a massage!

I began receiving massage and Aston Patterning bodywork over 20 years ago and immediately discovered the many life-changing benefits of a whole-body approach to health and healing. My experience inspired me to explore a wide variety of bodywork modalities and obtain my massage therapy license.

I have received specialized training in Aston, Thai, and Deep Tissue massage, as well as CranioSacral therapy.
